Ivan Ngoh You’An
Chief Executive Officer
Ivan brings over 13 years of hedge fund investing experience across private and public markets, with a decade spent in Hong Kong and South Korea. He previously served as CEO of Pinpoint Asset Management’s Singapore office, overseeing approximately S$500 million in assets. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse, advising on corporate finance transactions across the Technology, Media and Telecommunications sector in Asia.
Since August 2024, Ivan has been the Group Head of Investments at EtonHouse International Educational Group. He graduated summa cum laude from Singapore Management University with a Bachelor of Accountancy and a major in Finance.
Ng Yi-Xian
Non Executive Director
Yi-Xian is Group CEO of EtonHouse International Education Group, overseeing a network of over 100 schools across eight countries and a team of 4,000 staff. Since assuming the role in 2022, he has driven strategic growth across a portfolio of brand in both the premium and affordable education segments. He brings a wealth of experience in education and investment expertise, having started his career as an investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse’s Global Industrials Group in New York and later as an analyst at Boston-based hedge fund called North Run Capital, sourcing and executing multi-sector investments. Yi-Xian graduated from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Yock Siong Tee
Independent Director
Yock Siong brings over 15 years of private markets investment experience. He has held roles at McKinsey, Temasek, Affinity Equity Partners, and L Catterton, where he led the Southeast Asia investment team. Most recently, he served as an advisor to the CEO’s office at NTUC Enterprise.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and double degrees in Business and Economics from the Singapore Management University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Mah How Soon
Independent Director
How Soon is Managing Director of RHT Capital, with extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions across international and regional institutions.
He serves as Independent and Non-Executive Director of AP Oil International Limited and Clearbridge Health Limited. He is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) and Chartered Financial Analyst, and holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Olivier Muehlstein
Independent Director
Olivier has 20 years of management consulting experience and is a former Managing Director and Partner at Boston Consulting Group. He brings deep expertise in telecommunications, media, digital strategy, and consumer insights across Southeast Asia.
Prior to BCG, he was with Monitor Group in Singapore. He holds degrees from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Nanyang Business School.
